Community Message

As members of this great community at Sundance, we are fortunate to associate with a place defined by its beauty, its quiet charm, and the sense of belonging that comes from being part of this mountain community.
As your new HOA President, I am committed to working diligently on your behalf—supporting our neighborhood, protecting its long‑term interests, and preserving the magic that brought us all here. Strong communities are built by the people who live in them and care for them. I encourage each of you to stay engaged in ways that feel meaningful to you. For some, that may mean volunteering your time and expertise on an HOA committee. For others, it may be as simple as getting to know your neighbors, offering help when needed, or doing your part to keep Sundance clean, safe, and peaceful. Every contribution—large or small—strengthens the fabric of our community.

As we move forward together, I welcome your ideas, feedback, and suggestions. Your perspective matters, and open communication helps us make thoughtful decisions that benefit everyone. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime at timphavenhoa3@gmail.com.
I look forward to working with you and continuing to build a community we are all proud to call home.

Michael Black
HOA President

Sherman Family

Hello, we are Darrell and Jane Sherman! My wife Jane and I have loved Sundance ever since we were students at Brigham Young University and are thrilled to enjoy this incredible area with our four sons: Mark, Samuel, Daniel, and Joseph (pictured left to right). The winter season is especially thrilling for us since we each love to ski. Jane raced in various events as a member of her college ski team and ensured that each of the boys were learning how to ski shortly after learning how to walk. We currently reside in Arizona but make the trip up to Sundance frequently throughout the year to visit our sons that are working and studying in Utah. Sundance is magical and we are so grateful to enjoy this beautiful place together with you.
