 Sundance
Home: Welcome

  Community Message

As residents of Sundance, we are privileged to enjoy the charm, peace, and unique beauty of our mountain community. I will work diligently with the HOA to benefit our community, advance its best interests, and preserve the magic which drew us all here. I am confident that together, as friends and neighbors, we can enhance our neighborhood and overcome any challenges we may encounter along the way.

Communities are built by those who live in them. I encourage everyone to be active in the neighborhood and to build strong ties. Active engagement can take many forms. For some of you, that might mean volunteering your time and talent to serve on an HOA committee. For others, it may mean getting to know your neighbors and lending a helping hand when needed. For some, it may mean doing your part to keep Sundance clean and peaceful. There are as many ways to build communities as there are people in them, and I look forward to building our community together.

I welcome your feedback and suggestions as I seek ways to better serve our community. Please feel free to contact me any time at timphavenhoa3@gmail.com

Get to Know Your Neighbors

 Sherman Family

Hello, we are Darrell and Jane Sherman! My wife Jane and I have loved Sundance ever since we were students at Brigham Young University and are thrilled to enjoy this incredible area with our four sons: Mark, Samuel, Daniel, and Joseph (pictured left to right). The winter season is especially thrilling for us since we each love to ski. Jane raced in various events as a member of her college ski team and ensured that each of the boys were learning how to ski shortly after learning how to walk. We currently reside in Arizona but make the trip up to Sundance frequently throughout the year to visit our sons that are working and studying in Utah. Sundance is magical and we are so grateful to enjoy this beautiful place together with you.
