Roads and Snow Removal

W are pleased to announce we have signed a 2 year contract with Mitchell's Snow Removal We are very fortunate to have reached an agreement with this company as they have serviced our roads for many years. They will handle the snow removal for most of the Sundance area HOAs.

Important items to remember:

DRIVEWAYS WILL ONLY BE PLOWED IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED THIS SERVICE AND YOU AGREE TO PAY FOR FOR IT. 

1. Be patient while waiting for the plows to arrive.
2. Show gratitude to the drivers. A sincere thank you goes a long way.
3. Be prepared to clear your driveways if you need to leave the mountain before the plows arrive. Driveways are last to be cleared.
4. All contact with Mitchell's Snow Removal must go through Jared Finch or Steve Spiker.
5. No homeowner will be shown preferential treatment when it comes to priority of driveway clearing. 
6. If you rent your home you must inform clients of potential delays in leaving the mountain. 
7.Timphaven HOA will mark driveways that are NOT to be plowed.

8. It is critical that you mark your property with PVC poles for the plow drivers to know where any obstacles or utilities are. Timphaven HOA and Snow Removal Company will not be responsible for damage to unmarked areas. Additionally any damage to landscape or hardscape that is within 3 feet of the paved road is the financial responsibility of the homeowner.
9. There is strong likelihood that the plows will be using heavy duty chains on the tires. These chains have the potential to mark up or damage driveways. If you are concerned about this happening, please handle your driveway snow removal. Timphaven HOA and Mitchell's Snow Removal will not be responsible for driveway damage by the snowplow chains.
